Commissions & Payments
Commissions are earned on qualifying sales generated through your unique affiliate tracking link — whether through content you create or through Company-run white-label advertisements placed on your behalf. The Company is not responsible for sales not tracked through your affiliate link due to technical issues outside its reasonable control.
- Commissions are paid automatically once per calendar month.
- Payment requires a minimum earned balance of $25.00 USD. Balances below this threshold carry over to the next payment cycle.
- You are responsible for maintaining accurate, current payment information through the affiliate platform. The Company is not liable for failed or delayed payments resulting from inaccurate payment details.
The Company does not withhold, deduct, or remit any federal, state, or local taxes from commissions. You are solely responsible for reporting and remitting all applicable taxes on earnings from this Program. The Company may issue a Form 1099-NEC or other required tax documentation as required by law.
The Program is managed through the Company's designated affiliate tracking platform. The Company reserves the right to change platforms at any time with reasonable advance notice. Commissions earned prior to any platform transition will be honored in full.
